I’m interested in what Australian businesses can create with AI: better services, more useful customer experiences and new ways for people to work.
My career has involved both the detail of building systems and the responsibility of leading technology. That experience shapes the questions I ask: who will this help, what needs to change, and what evidence would justify the investment?
Akshar Technologies brings those questions together with my interest in voice AI and robotics. I want to help leaders understand the possibilities, test their assumptions and take a practical next step.

I completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program between 2019 and 2021. It broadened how I think about data, technology and business decisions. That learning sits alongside the practical experience of building systems and leading technology teams.
My studies also include an MSc in Computing at the University of Technology Sydney (2003–2005) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Foundations of Directorship (October 2022).

My exploration includes evaluating robot pets and observing how people interact with robots in Shenzhen. I’m considering what those experiences could mean for Australian businesses.
